These training modules come complete with a testing facility so that participants demonstrate their understanding of the material. The training results can be automatically sent to whomever you designate to receive them. One large automotive client for whom we have built an internal audit on line training module has indicated the savings in the first year have amounted to hundreds of thousands of dollars. Risk Analysis Metrics and Strategic Risk Control have developed a unique method for assessing risk. Based on 30 years of litigation history, the 14 Points of Due DiligenceTM provides clients with the criteria to manage risks as if their court date was tomorrow. We have learned that often organizations look at risks as insured and therefore, dealt with. Unfortunately, often the insurance companies have clauses that require demonstration of due diligence. When this occurs, the organization is then self insured. It absorbs both the financial impact of the claim and the loss of senior management’s attention on the business. Our system ensures this does not happen for your key risks.
